Cancellation and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal: Under the applicable laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida, including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Florida Statutes, §§ 501.201–501.213), the purchase of tickets for events with a scheduled date is not subject to a mandatory legal right of withdrawal or cancellation. Nevertheless, as a commercial courtesy, cancellation requests may be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days following purchase confirmation, provided that the request is made prior to the event date, with a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations after the stated period: After the period indicated above, no refunds will be granted in the event of voluntary cancellation by the participant.
No-show: Failure to attend the event, for any reason, shall not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, compensation, or transfer to future editions.
Event cancellation by the Organizer: In the event of definitive cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the participant may choose between a full refund of the amounts effectively paid or the use of the ticket for a new date/edition, when applicable.
Event changes: The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, speakers, timings, or other elements of the event for operational, technical, or force majeure reasons, without such changes generating an automatic right to refund, provided that the essential nature of the event is not substantially affected.

Ticket transfer
Ticket transfers are permitted up to 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to the official opening of the event, upon formal request through the Organizer’s official support channels.
